Reservation Software Solutions Panel and Tabletop at Networking Reception - $1,500

The Reservation Software Panel is an engaging and dynamic event tailored for software companies specializing in reservation systems for RV parks and campgrounds.

This panel offers a unique platform for companies to highlight their innovative solutions, share industry insights, and connect with potential clients.The panel will be a Q&A format, focusing on how reservation software can optimally support the operational needs of RV parks

The panel will lead into a cocktail reception where participating software companies will have an assigned table and the opportunity to connect with potential customers. This is a great opportunity for one-on-one conversations between park owners and company representatives.

Exhibitor Reception - $2,000 Individual Sponsorship (Limit 5) or Buyout at $8,000

This Tuesday night event will be held in the exhibit hall to provide more exclusive time with attendees. This is sure to be full of excitement as attendees and exhibitors come together. This event includes food and 2 drink tickets along with your raffle items. Sponsors receive logo recognition in pre-show and onsite promotions, signage and logo’d drink tickets. Buyout sponsorships will have access to Grand sponsorship benefits.

Silver State Dinner & Entertainment - $3,000 Individual Sponsorship (Limit 5) or Buyout at $15,000

The Wednesday evening dinner will be the last chance to experience the excitement of the conference and expo. This will be a dinner you will not forget with entertainment, music, networking and that special Reno flair. It includes dinner tickets and live entertainment. Sponsors receive logo recognition in pre-show and onsite promotions, signage and opportunity for company station during the event. Buyout sponsorships will have access to Grand sponsorship benefits.

Exhibitor Workshops - $1,000 (45 minute session)

As an exhibitor, you play a key role in educating our attendees. With the products and services evolving so quickly, here is your opportunity to educate our attendees on product capabilities and how services will increase their productivity and save them money in the long run. If you have new product or service, this is the sponsorship for to engage with attendees.

Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor - $3,000

Start the day off right and keep them going all day by hosting the morning breakfast or lunch. Branded signage, gifts or literature are displayed prominately at buffet tables and throughout the room. This sponsorship also includes T  sponsor benefits. Note: G i  and literature are provided by sponsor and not included in the fee.

Conference WiFi - $2,500

Campground Solutions  Summit wouldn’t be possible without WiFi in the convention center. Help make it possible for all attendees to connect and access everything they need all week long. Sponsor receives logo recognition on landing page and signage. Trailblazer  level sponsorships benefits.

Floor Stickers - $5,000 (Limited to 4)

Lead attendees directly to your booth with custom floor stickers featuring your company graphics and booth number. Floor stickers will be placed at registration and down your aisle.

Lanyards - $2,500

Maximize your brand’s visibility and impact with our exclusive lanyard sponsorship package! As the lanyard sponsor, your company’s logo will be featured on all event lanyards, ensuring continuous exposure to a captive audience throughout the event.

Bags - $3,500

Put your logo on the official conference bag. Carried everywhere, the visibility of your logo will be prominently displayed throughout the entire conference.

Coffee Breaks - $1,500

This popular segment provides a valuable networking opportunity for attendees, offering a relaxed atmosphere where they can recharge, socialize, and engage in meaningful conversations. RV Park Tour - $1,500

The RV Park Tour is an optional activity for attendees on Friday, April 4. We will be touring the Shamrock RV Park Reno or Silver City RV Park. Your sponsorship will include bus signage, opportunity for a seat gift approved by show management. (ie: coozies, company literature, etc.)
